Overview:

As a Technical Program Manager at ZeroEyes, you will play a critical role in leading successful project implementations that align with our mission to make schools and public spaces safer through AI-powered threat detection. You will ensure that all projects meet company standards, client requirements, and strategic objectives, while upholding the highest level of professionalism in every client engagement. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Program Management and Implementation teams to continuously refine and optimize the deployment process for the ZeroEyes platform. Your expertise in technical program management will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients. As a key member of our. team, you will contribute directly to the impact and growth of our technology in communities across the country.

the successful deployment of the ZeroEyes platform.
● Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, consistently addressing their
needs throughout the project lifecycle.
● Oversee implementation team members, ensuring the successful execution of all projects.
● Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and ensure the timely completion
of all implementationations.
● Establish an evaluation framework to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement
within the implementation process.
● Ensure the achievement of critical goals, including customer satisfaction, safety, quality,
and team member performance.
● Effectively manage risk, handle issues, and oversee change management processes for all
projects, taking necessary corrective actions.
● Lead implementation teams to deliver projects and programs within specified timelines,
scope, and budget parameters.
● Execute additional administrative tasks as directed to support project management
initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
● Minimum 3 years of project management experience, utilizing various methodologies
and tools.
● Technology-oriented background with a solid grasp of basic computing.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team
members, stakeholders, and clients.
● Demonstrated commitment to exceeding project expectations.
● Independent and collaborative work style.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented approach in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
● Agile response to shifting priorities.
