We’re building technology that supports critical infrastructure and public safety—tools that need to be fast, intuitive, and robust. We’re seeking a talented Front-End Developer to manage our current WordPress website while spearheading its transition to a modern web application. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our product and marketing teams to deliver high-quality user experiences, integrate seamlessly with our CRMs, and shape the future of our digital presence.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Website Management: Maintain and update the current WordPress-based marketing site, ensuring security, stability, and performance. 
  • Website Evolution: Help architect and lead future modernization initiatives to transition the website toward a modern web application.
  • CRM Integrations: Develop and manage integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot for lead capture, analytics, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Content Updates: Support marketing and sales teams by implementing content updates, landing pages, forms, and SEO optimizations.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct regular performance audits and implement improvements for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of architecture, codebase updates, integrations, and processes.
  • Best Practices: Uphold modern development standards, security practices, and version control workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience with modern app development (React, Flutter, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, including content structure and theming.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot integrations.
  • Ability to collaborate with product and design teams—translating Figma or mockups into code
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical teams.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in military, law enforcement, or first responder environments—or building tools for them
  • Familiarity with camera systems, IoT devices, or security applications
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with PHP (for WordPress customizations) and REST APIs.
