Overview

The Installation Technician occupies a vital entry-level position within the company. This
role demands an in-depth knowledge of the ZeroEyes platform and installation process,
coupled with the ability to execute expert installations both on-site and remotely. As key
representatives of ZeroEyes, Installation Technicians must consistently demonstrate
professionalism and technical expertise. Integral to the Operations team, their
responsibility encompasses the full installation of the ZeroEyes product, guaranteeing
that all services operate at maximum efficiency and meet client satisfaction with the final
setup.

Job Responsibilities:

• Always live the mission and core values of ZeroEyes
• Install the ZeroEyes platform from beginning-to-end
• Troubleshoot Security Camera and Network issues during projects
• Monitor the health of ZeroEyes systems
• Manage client documents such as Excel sheets, Word documents and PDF files
• Work directly with the Install Team Leader and Project Managers
• Collect lists of any issues identified during an installation to improve the process
• Travel to client sites when needed
• Follow a training plans to learn new IT and professional skills
• Update internal project management tools and software during all phases of an
  installation
• Facilitate ZeroEyes platform testing at conclusion of installations
• Be responsible for all updates during an installation
• Perform other administrative duties as required

An ideal candidate would be:

• Military Veteran / Veteran Spouse / College Graduate with IT Degree
• Has a fundamental IT background with education, certificates and training
• High energy, positive, and willing to learn and grow
• Have excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Willing to learn new technologies and be able to adapt quickly
• Must be able to work independently and autonomously
• Is comfortable with unknown environments and new technologies
• Have the ability to maintain multiple priorities and adjust to emergent situations
