Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States to submit on behalf of a K-12 or equivalent school. Schools must have a physical campus that requires security. Employees and immediate family members of ZeroEyes are not eligible to enter.
Contest Period: The contest begins on March 1, 2025 and ends on May 9, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be considered.
How to Enter: Participants must fill out the provided entry form through the ZeroEyes website. Only one entry per person per school is allowed unless otherwise stated.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on necessity, recency of violent incidents, available funding from other sources, and number of total submissions for the school by a panel of judges selected by ZeroEyes. All decisions are final.
Fund Distribution: All qualified K-12 schools will receive support from ZeroEyes to create a more secure campus. The school(s) that receive funding directly from ZeroEyes will be provided the equivalent products and services (in the form of ZeroEyes Gun Detection) up to $40,000 for the 2025-2026 school year. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and phone on or about May 20, 2025. If a winner does not respond within four business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant ZeroEyes the right to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions: ZeroEyes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the official rules or engages in fraudulent behavior. ZeroEyes also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest due to unforeseen circumstances.
Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless ZeroEyes, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
